DevBay provides web development, mobile app development, Salesforce CRM consulting, and related software engineering services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in individual project agreements between DevBay and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of DevBay and is protected by intellectual property laws. Client project deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment as defined in the project agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback during development, and any content or assets required for the project. Delays caused by late client feedback may affect project timelines.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in each project's individual agreement. Unless otherwise stated, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the project agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
DevBay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as defined in the project contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
